TSS is proud to ship our products all over Australia.

Shipping costs for your order are calculated automatically at the checkout stage when you provide the delivery address. Due to our products’ wide variety of weight and size, shipping costs may vary substantially depending on the destination.

Certain bulky items may be subject to further additional shipping charges, we will inform you of these charges at the time of order.

We aim to dispatch orders within one business day of payment being received.

Delivery times from the date of dispatch are approximately as follows:

  • 1 business day for deliveries to Melbourne and metro VIC;
  • 3-5 business days for deliveries to NSW, ACT, SA, QLD and regional VIC;
  • 5-7 business days for delivery to TAS and metro WA; and
  • 7-10 business days for delivery to metro NT.

Please note that deliveries to remote or non-standard shipping zones may exceed the above estimates, and please also allow extra delivery time for large, heavy or oversized shipments.

Please note that due to our high volume of daily shipments, we can’t trace a shipment until the above time estimates have elapsed.

All products displayed on this website are subject to availability.

If a product is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you after your order has been made. In this circumstance, we will generally provide you with the option to cancel, or otherwise to keep you fully informed of the estimated delivery date.

Prices shown on TSS are in Australian dollars and include GST.

TSS accepts payment by credit or debit card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard and American Express) through our secure gateway service and via PayPal. Direct deposit is available for purchases of $1000 or more, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a direct deposit payment.

After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We aim to dispatch orders within one business day of payment being received, at which point you will receive a tax invoice via email, and a shipping confirmation email.

Please note that all sales via TSS are final and change of mind returns are not accepted. We encourage our customers to contact our customer service representatives prior to purchase to ensure the goods are appropriate for their intended use.

Our change of mind returns and refund terms do not exclude or replace any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise as required by law. The following may apply if you are a Consumer as defined under the Australian Consumer Law: the Australian Consumer Law provides certain guarantees to consumers when they purchase goods and these guarantees cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. These consumer guarantees are different to, and separate from, our sales terms, which are given voluntarily by us. The time limit of consumer guarantees varies depending on the price and quality of the goods and may extend beyond this warranty or any applicable warranty provided by the manufacturer of the goods. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in our terms purports to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties, guarantees and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws which cannot be modified or excluded.
